Build a resume that shows your project management skills and strengths. Place your job objective "Project Manager" at the beginning of the resume. It may help to include a specific industry such as "Project Manager in the Pharmaceutical Industry". Emphasize your acomplishments and results rather than list responsibilites. Use the "PAR" pattern (Problem Action Result) such as "When I joined Project XYZ it was over budget and six months behind plan; I reorganized the tasks and team resulting in a successful effort and ABC Project of the Year Award".
